Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tablesppon grand marnier or orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ricotta, neufchatel, sugar, orange juice, Grand Marnier and orange zest.
  2. Blend, scraping down the sides, until smooth.
  3. Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  4. Fill you favorite Parfait glasses and berries, cubed cake or other delightful things....Phyllo cups... Tarts...
