Ricotta Cheeseballs (Meatless Balls)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape into balls then flatten.
  3. Fry in oil slowly until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
