Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine every thing in order in a bowl. mix well.
  3. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch glass pan. bake 40-45 minute let cool for ten minutes.
