great if you have leftover rice. if you double it you can have it for a family breakfast. you do not have to have the craisins, but it tastes better. your kids will love it. you can also use brown rice if you like. quick and easy.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup craisins
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. combine every thing in order in a bowl. mix well.
3. pour into a 9 by 13 inch glass pan. bake 40-45 minute let cool for ten minutes.
