Ingredients:

  • 4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp nuts
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 tbsp dry grapes
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Fry the rice in a pan
  2. Add to the cooker and add milk and cook for 3 whistles
  3. Add fry nuts and dry grapes in ghee and add to the mix
  4. Add other ingredients and boil in medium flame
  5. Serve hot or cold
