Rhubarb Crunch With Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup ackerman's rhubarb wine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, oatmeal, salt and butter and spread 1/2 of mixture into 9 x12 baking dish.
  2. Spread the chopped rhubarb for the second layer.
  3. Cook the wine, sugar and cornstarch until thick and pour over the top.
  4. Spread remaining 1/2 of oatmeal mixture over the top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
