Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Combine meat with taco seasoning according to package directions.
  3. Evenly spread beans in a 9 microwave safe dish.
  4. Spread meat on top of beans.
  5. Spread sour cream on top of meat.
  6. Pour salsa onto sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  8. Garnish with black olives if desired.
  9. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds or long enough to melt cheese.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips.
