Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs , unbeaten
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp water
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 (12 oz) chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Cream together the brown sugan, white sugar and shortening.
  2. Add remaining ingredients mixing well after each addition.
  3. Drop by spoonfulls onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
