Soft and Chewy Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir vanilla into pineapple; set aside.
  2. Cream shortening, sugars and eggs.
  3. Add pineapple and stir until well blended.
  4. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well.
  5. Stir flour mixture gradually into pineapple mixture until thoroughly combined.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
