Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in margarine in a 6 quart saucepot.
  2. Add onions and continue browning for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Allow to cool partly.
  7. Place in 3 quart bowl and store covered in refrigerator overnight.
  8. Reheat and serve.
  9. Makes 12 (1 cup servings.)
  10. Use part for dinner.
  11. Place remainder in appropriately sized freezing containers.
  12. Label and freeze for future use.
