Ingredients:

  • 1. 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2/3 cup oat bran
  • 11/3 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients
  2. Combine flour and next 2 ingredients stirring with whisk
  3. Add buttermilk and next 4 ingredients , stir well with whisk
  4. Cover and refrig up to 1 week
  5. Preheat oven to 375
  6. Bayyer in sprayed muffin ins
  7. Cook for 20 min
