Red Lobster.....red Lobster Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp clam juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler. Boil 2-3 cups of water in a small pot with salt added. Boil the scallops in the water for 3-4 minutes and drain. Cook the bacon for a couple of minutes on both side, do not over cook, you will not be able to wrap the bacon around the scallop!
  2. When scallops are cool, cut the bacon in half and wrap around scallop.Put a toothpick through one side of the scallop and bacon to hold the bacon around the scallop! Melt butter and brush the scallop and bacon.Season with salt,paprika and ground black pepper.Broil for 5-6 minutes in a baking dish.
  3. Add warm clam juice and serve!
