Ingredients:

  • 1 beet
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot (optional)

Directions:

  1. Juice all, (I use Vita-Mix).
  2. Strain if necessary for smooth texture.
  3. Garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves.
  4. Serve at once.
