  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) red currant preserves
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) cream

Directions:

  1. Blend the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  2. Serve slightly chilled with crackers or melba toast.
  3. Serves 4 to 6.
