  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In large bowl, blend soup mix with margarine. Place bread crumbs in small bowl. Add potatoes to soup mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  3. In 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, arrange potatoes in single layer. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
