Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to broil heat.
  2. Prepare a foil-lined cookie sheet or shallow baking pan, and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cut the bread loaf into three even pieces.
  4. Then cut again into desired size strips (you should have between 12-14 strips depending on what size you cut them.
  5. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley; stir well to combine.
  6. Spread on each stick.
  7. Place on prepared baking pan.
  8. Broil until brown and crispy.
