Really Delicious Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 - 3 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6 - 8 hours.
  3. Remove from marinade and grill over medium heat.
  4. Heat marinade until thickened. Brush on pork during last few minutes of grilling.
