Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take semolina in large plate of bowl.
  2. Make a well in centre putting salt and oil in it.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add water little by little, kneading soft pliable dough.
  5. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  6. Divide into 4-5 parts.
  7. Roll each into ball shape.
  8. With help of a little plain flour for dusting, roll each into big, thin rounds.
  9. Spread a large clean cloth and allow rounds to air out while rolling others.
  10. Place round on this, without overlapping.
  11. When all rounds are done, heat oil to deep fry.
  12. Take one round, cut into desired shapes (fingers, diamonds, etc.) Transfer into hot oil.
  13. Fry till light golden and crisp.
  14. Drain and cool.
  15. Repeat for all rounds.
  16. Allow to cool completely, before storing in tight lidded container.
