Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rava
  • ghee or dalda(vanaspathi)
  • casewnuts.raisins roasted in ghee
  • 2 cup water
  • 11/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Roast the Rava in ghee or Dalda.set aside
  2. In a Pan,add water,sugar and when they dissolved &started to boil
  3. Add the Rava,colouring powder,cardamoms
  4. Stir continously,making sure no lumps form
  5. Then add the casewnuts,raisins..
  6. Pour it in a greased try & cut into desired shapes
