Raspberry Fudge Cake With Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Grease a 9-inch spring form pan and line bottom with parchment paper circle
  3. Wrap outside of pan with aluminum foil to seal out water.
  4. Cake
  5. Put preserves, chocolate, and butter in a double broiler
  6. Heat over medium heat, stirring until melted
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour
  9. Add chocolate mixture
  10. Mix gently
  11. Pour into pan
  12. Put pan in a larger baking pan
  13. Add about 1 inch of water to outside pan
  14. Bake about 45 minutes
  15. Let cool, unmold and turn upside down
  16. Remove parchment paper
  17. Place on serving plate and dust with powdered sugar
  18. Raspberry Sauce
  19. Puree all ingredients in food processor
  20. Strain seeds from sauce by pressing through sieve
