Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter until well combined. Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. In large bowl, with mixer, beat 1 cup sugar, EAGLE BRAND® and eggs. Fold in raspberries; spread mixture over hot crust.
  4. Bake until custard is set, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over bars. Chill. Cut into bars.
  6. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
