Ingredients:

  • in large bowl or food processor add
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • knead the dough gently and form into a circle about 7 in diameter. cut into rounds or triangles. place on baking sheet
  • preheat oven to 375 deg. grease a baking sheet, use parchment paper or silpat liner
