Raspberry And Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • small amount of vinilla extract* (optional)
  • either a handful of white choc chip, milk choc chip or plain choc chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to medium heat
  2. Mix everything, except the egg, into a bowl, mix till soft , non- lumpy etc.
  3. Beat the egg, then put it into the muffin mix bowl.
  4. Put mix into paper cases and on to baking try.
  5. Put them into oven and leave for 15-20 mins
  6. To test if ready, stick a fork into each muffin and pull out, if any muffin mix sticks to the fork, the muffins are not ready yet.
  7. When ready, put them onto a cooling rack and leave for 5 mins
  8. Then, enjoy!!!
