Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix herbs with olive oil and marinate pork chop for 30 minutes or overnight in fridge.
  2. Sear in hot olive oil and then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
