  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. In a bowl mix the tomatoes, herbs, butter and some salt and pepper to taste. See Photo
  3. Divide into 2 ramekins, then break an egg over top of each See Photo. Add a dash more of S&P over the egg, drizzle with half and half See Photo. Top with cheese See Photo. Bake 12-15 minutes, when the whites have set
