Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup reg. flour
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup jam or preseves
  • any flavor

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 375
  2. Beat together butter, brown sugar
  3. Stir in flour oats andwalnuts
  4. Reserve 1 cup for topping
  5. Press remanig oat mixture tnto lightly greased 8 inch square pan
  6. Combined rasins and jam spread within 1/2 inch of edges
  7. Sprinkle with reservedoat ixture prss lightly
  8. Bake 25-30 mnutes {makes 20 bars}
