Quinoa Pea Salad

i just put a couple things together that sounded tasty and it turned out really good:)
Ingredients:
(quinoa)
1 cup quinoa (un-cooked)
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 tsp salt
cooked quinoa
1 cup peas
3/4 cup raisins
2/3 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup of nut of your choice (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil (more or less)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (more or less)
Directions:
1. (instructions to cook quinoa)
2. put quinoa into a pot
3. add water,bring to a boil,then cover with a tight fitting lid,then turn heat down to a simmer,cook for 15 min. then take off of heat and let sit covered for five min.,then uncover and let sit for 10-20 min in fridge

5. afte quinoa is cold down....
6. add peas
7. add raisins
8. add the optional nuts
9. add feta
10. add olive oil and balsamic vinegar
11. (salt and pepper,optional)
