Quick Glazed Snow Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb snow peas , about 3 cups

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except the peas, in a shallow, wide, saute pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir and bring to a boil.
  3. Add snow peas, toss to coat and stir occasionally, 3 minutes just until peas are cooked.
  4. Serve immediately.
