Ingredients:

  • 3 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (16-oz) package powdered sugar , sifted
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring well.
  2. Remove from heat. Add sugar and milk; stir until well blended. Add pecans, vanilla, and salt; mix well. Press mixture into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Chill and cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight containers.
