Quick & Easy Rice & Tuna Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 2 cans drained tuna
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Cook with lid off.
  2. Pour water into pan and add butter.
  3. Heat on high until water comes to a boil.
  4. Then, add rice, assorted pepper, and cook on low heat until rice softens.
  5. Add tuna after rice softens and most water is absorbed.
  6. Keep an eye on the rice to tell when it is done Cool and serve.
  7. Great left over lunch.
