Quick & Easy Broiled Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare marinade in a large Ziplock bag or in a shallow glass dish.
  2. Combine mayo, mustard, garlic, salt& pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the marinade coating it well.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Line a broiler pan with tin-foil, Spray with oil.
  6. Remove chicken from the marinade, Discard marinade.
  7. Broil 4 from heat turning once (approximately 16 minutes).
  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, return to broiler until cheese is golden.
  9. Serve.
