Directions:

  1. Drain juice from apricot halves
  2. Place fruit and Grand Marnier in blender and blend until smooth
  3. Spoon fruit puree and 3/4 cup yogurt in alternate spoonfuls into 4 tall glasses swirling together to give marbled effect
  4. Lightly toast almonds and sprinkle on top!
