Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring just until blended.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 9 in round cake pan.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. To serve cut into wedges and top with apple-cinnamon sauce.
  6. Apple Cinnamon Sauce:
  7. Combine all ingredients in a suacepan; bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Cool.
