Quick and Moist Microwave Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp brownie mix
  • 2 tbsp water (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.) or 2 tbsp milk (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.)
  • dessert topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. In 1 cup microwave-safe tupperware dish combine brownie mix and 2 tablespoons water or milk or half and half.
  2. Mix well into a batter; be sure to scrape any dry ingredients from the sides.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Cake is done when top is moist , sponge-like and no longer gooey.
  5. If cake is not done after 1 minute, cook an additional 15 to 30 seconds.
  6. Cool your microwave cake; adorn with your favorite dessert toppings.
  7. Enjoy!
