Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. While it is cooking, drain and chop artichokes and place in large bowl.
  3. When orzo is cooked, drain and pour over the artichokes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese.
  5. Swirl 2 tablespoons olive oil over pasta mixture.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons capers.
  7. Toss together until well mixed.
