Quick and Easy Loaf Sized Sub (Submarine) Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 8 oz turkey (or ham or half of each)
  • 4 oz cheese (4-1 oz slices, provolone, american, swiss or whatever you want)

Directions:

  1. Split bread lengthwise.
  2. Spread both sides of bread with mayonnaise.
  3. Top bottom half of bread with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, meat, and cheese.
  4. Cover with top of bread.
  5. Cut crosswise into 8 slices.
  6. Serve with additional toppings as desired.
  7. You can make these ahead of time and wrap in foil or plastic wrap (or both is better) and store for up to 8 hours.
