Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (i use rojo from penzeys.com)

Directions:

  1. -Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through and serve.
