Quick and Easy Apple Oat Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 1/2 oz) boxes jiffy baking mix , oat muffin variety
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place liners in cupcake pan.
  3. Mix dry muffin mix and spices. Toss apples in dry mix.
  4. Add eggs and milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes or until pick in center comes out clean.
