  2. Mix eggs in another bowl
  3. Heat half and half
  4. Add cheese and melt
  5. Mix in eggs
  6. Mix spinach
  7. Cool for five minutes
  8. Pour in cupcake cups with pie crust in them already
  9. Cook at 325 for about 30 minutes
