Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar,eggs,oil,pumpkin,and water together.
  2. In seperate bowl,stir together flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,cinnamon,cloves,and nutmeg.
  3. Add gradually to creamed mixture.
  4. Add nuts (optional).
  5. Pour into 3 greased and floured bread pans.
  6. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until bread springs back when poked.
