  1. Heat the chicken broth in saucepan over medium heat. Blend the pumpkin in using a whisk. Add the orange juice into the mix and stir 3 minutes or until warmed through. Add sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spoon into 2 bowls, garnish each with 1 tsp light sour cream and share with a friend!
