Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Press into ungreased pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine the next 8 ingredients and beat well.
  5. Pour into the baked crust.
  6. Mix the last three ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle over filling and bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before serving.
  9. GREAT WITH COOL WHIP OR ICE CREAM!
