  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl (NOTE: do not use sugar, use 1.5 cups Splenda - this sugar equivalent is just in place for the correct calorie count, as the Splenda database entry is inaccurate)
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  3. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
