Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place mixture in 9 inch pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool substantially, but if you can't wait, it's delicious hot too!
