Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cups oats
  • 8 oz pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide batter into two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
