Ingredients:

  • 29 oz. pumpkin (canned , libby's)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350`
  2. PAM a 13x9x2 inch cake pan.
  3. Place cereal in a resealable food-storage bag.
  4. Seal bag and crush cereal with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or in a food processor.
  5. In a large bowl beat pumpkin and eggs until blended.
  6. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  8. Cut into 24 bars
