Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine 3/4 cup of the muffin mix,oats,pecans, brown sugar,and butter,toss to mix well.
  2. Press about 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture on bottom of a 9x9x2 pan.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  4. In bowl stir together remaining muffin mix,sour cream,pumpkin,egg and vanilla.
  5. Pour over baked crust,sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or till set.
  7. Cool in pan,cut into triangles.
