Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2 cup flour
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  3. Combine last 6 ingredients.
  4. Combine ingredients from step #2 & #3.
  5. Drop by the teaspoon & bake for 8-10 minutes.
