  1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the raisinsd, & blend well. Stir in raisins. Drop by spoonsfuls onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
