Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 (35 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix oil, eggs and pumpkin puree. Combine and mix together dry and wet ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and cook for 1 hour.
